George Li gained international attention in 2015 when he won the silver medal in the International Tchaikovsky Competition in Moscow. He has rapidly established a major international reputation and performs regularly with some of the world’s leading orchestras and conductors.In 2024, George was rated as the “30 Rising Stars of classical music under the age of 30 in 2024” by Classic FM in the United Kingdom.
George will have recital debut in Hong Kong. The programme is not a collection of four pieces but a single, carefully designed journey. Its emotional logic runs from the intimate to the monumental, it is a trajectory of expansion that mirrors the arc of an evening’s experience itself.
